Tennis Demo Racket Service

INSTORE DEMO SERVICE

We make a nominal charge of £25 for the loan of up to two racquets.  If you buy a racket this amount is deducted off the purchase price.  If you decide not to buy a racket from us then we charge for the loan of the rackets taken.

Card details will be required as a form of deposit against the value of the rackets should these be lost or damaged.

Please make every effort to look after our rackets.  If the racket is damaged, broken or lost, then we reserve the right to charge the full price for the racket.  If rackets are not returned after 14 days we reserve the right to charge the full price for the racket.

A maximum of two rackets may be borrowed at one time for a maximum period of 7 days.

ONLINE DEMO SERVICE

We offer a demo option in our performance frames, these are available to select in the drop down option on the product . There are no grip size options on the Demo rackets, we are happy for you to overgrip them yourselves should you wish to do so.

You will be charged the full price of the racket which includes a £15 demo fee (per racket). We allow you to demo 2 rackets at any given time. The racket/s will need be returned within 12 days of initial dispatch upon which the condition of the frame will be assessed.If we are happy with the condition a refund will be processed minus the £15 demo charge (per racket). If we feel the racket/s have been mistreated in any way we will deduct an additional charge, this also applies if the racket/s are late being returned to us. If you decide to purchase a frame the £15 demo charge will be deducted.
